Each course is paired with a 3 oz pour of a hand selected wine that compliments the dish being served.


1st Course

At West End Bar & Kitchen, we strive to make your event experience as enjoyable and hassle-free as possible. Understanding that plans can change, we offer a straightforward refund policy for our event ticket sales.

 

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds for event tickets can be requested up to 48 hours before the scheduled event start time. This allows us to accommodate others who may be waiting for availability.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a refund, please contact us using a method on our contact page. Provide your order number, the name under which the booking was made, and the reason for the refund request.

  2. Processing Your Refund: Once we receive your refund request, our team will review it for eligibility. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

  3. Cancellation Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation via email once your refund has been processed.

Non-refundable Situations:

  • Requests made less than 48 hours before the event start time cannot be accommodated.

  • Tickets transferred from the original purchaser are not eligible for a refund.

  • Events canceled or rescheduled by the event organizers will be fully refunded.
