This five-course culinary experience begins with a refreshing Treana California Sauvignon Blanc 2022 paired with a vibrant Hamachi Crudo, followed by a rich Austin Paso Robles Chardonnay accompanying a decadent Tarragon Brown Butter Lobster Claw. The third course showcases the bold Treana Paso Robles Red Blend 2021 alongside Duck Confit with a blackberry gastrique and wild mushroom risotto. For the fourth course, savor a Pan Seared Petite Filet in green peppercorn sauce paired perfectly with the signature Austin Hope Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon 2022. Non-refundable Situations:
