Company Socials
Looking for a relaxed and fun way to bring your team together? Our Company Socials are the perfect fit! Host your private event in our lively bar area with reservations available from 4:00–6:30 PM. Whether it’s after-work mingling, client gatherings, or team celebrations, we’ll provide the space, service, and atmosphere to make your social a success.

Guidelines
In order to provide the best possible service to all of our guests, we may require groups larger than 15 people to order from a banquet menu. We can work with you in assembling a custom menu which we will print for you at no cost.
To ensure the best experience for your event, billing is based on the confirmed guest count provided in advance. For example, if your reservation is confirmed for 30 guests but 18 attend, the charges will still reflect the confirmed count. Any difference helps cover the private room setup and accommodations reserved especially for your group. This way, we can guarantee that your event space, service, and preparations are ready to make your celebration truly special.
Beverages
All beverages are billed on consumption. We recommend that wines be pre-selected the week before the event to ensure that we have sufficient quantities for your event. If a specific type or quantity of wine or beverage is requested that is not stocked by West End, we may require the selection to be pre-purchased.
Billing and Payment
West End requires an advance deposit of $500 to confirm group reservations. Reservations cannot be considered confirmed until a deposit and/or completed credit card authorization form has been received. For all events the account balance is due upon conclusion of the event. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and company checks.

Beverages
Charged per consumption. Please reserve wine selection 1 week in advance to ensure availability for your party.
Deposits
A $500 deposit is required to confirm group reservations.
Final Bill
Due upon conclusion of the event. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and company checks.
Service
22% Service will be applied to the final bill.
