Banquet Menus
In order to provide the best possible service to all of our guests, we may require groups larger than 15 people to order from a banquet menu. We can work with you in assembling a custom menu which we will print for you at no cost.
Beverages
All beverages are billed on consumption. We recommend that wines be pre-selected the week before the event to ensure that we have sufficient quantities for your event. If a specific type or quantity of wine or beverage is requested that is not stocked by West End, we may require the selection to be pre-purchased.
Minimum Spending Requirements
West End reserves the right to require a $900 minimum in food and beverage. These may be stated as a specific dollar amount and/or a guaranteed minimum number of people. If on the day of the event, the total dollar amount of the bill for food and beverages does not reach the specified requirement, the difference will be applied as a room charge.
Billing and Payment
West End requires an advance deposit of $500 to confirm group reservations. Reservations cannot be considered confirmed until a deposit and/or completed credit card authorization form has been received. For all events the account balance is due upon conclusion of the event. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and company checks.
Capacities
West End has a total seated capacity of 150 people. The restaurant and each of its different seating sections are available for either private or semi-private events.
Lagoon Patio: Seated Event: 40 people | Standing Event: 40 people
Torrey Patio: Seated Event: 20 people | Standing Event: 20 people
This patio space is great for groups and is perfect for hosting a reception with stations or tray passed Hors d'Oeuvres.
